Education Summary: Md. Mazharul Islam is a postgraduate chemist in the Department of Chemistry at Rajshahi University, Bangladesh. He earned his M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry (with Thesis) and B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry from the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. Now he is working as a Research Assistant in the Polymer Colloids & Nanomaterials (PCN) Laboratory. His research focuses on the synthesis and functionalization of iron oxide nanoparticle based polymer colloids and nanocomposites and their application in different field of nanotechnology and Material Science.

Research Interests: Iron Oxide Nanoparticles Synthesis, Polymer colloid chemistry: Functional polymer particles, Morphology, Inorganic/organic composite microspheres, Energy storage materials etc.
